He has come in the parampara of Sri #Madhvacharya , one of the three Acharyas who shaped up the philosophical landscape of medieval India. He was born in 1460 AD and entered in to the Brindavana in 1539 AD. During his 79 years of earthly appearance, Sri Vyasatirtha has achieved many an accomplishment. Sri Vyasaraja flourished during the heydays of #Vijayanagara Empire. He was the spiritual Guru for six Vijayanagara emperors including the much celebrated emperor, Sri #Krishnadevaraya . Sri Vyasatirtha was a great scholar, prolific writer, wonderful poet-composer of hundreds of #Kannada kirtanas. Sri Vyasatirtha’s greatness does not confined to the philosophical sphere but also encompasses the worldly affairs as well.
