It's a super easy and delicious recipe. ✏️Ingredients 200g Frozen spinach 50ml Olive oil 50g Cornflour 500ml Milk Salt Crushed tomatoes 2 Eggs Mozzarella cheese Oregano 1️⃣First, take a saucepan, add a little water, add the frozen spinach, and bring it to a boil. 2️⃣Once the water is boiling, cover the saucepan and let it cook for 12 minutes. 3️⃣Meanwhile, take a frying pan and add the olive oil. 4️⃣The oil is hot. Add the flour and cook it thoroughly. 5️⃣Now add the warm milk, spinach, and a pinch of salt. Thicken to your liking. 6️⃣In an ovenproof dish, spread crushed tomatoes on the bottom, then oregano. Top with the béchamel sauce you prepared, then the eggs, and finally the mozzarella. 7️⃣Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
