Another beautiful building made possible by H.M. Warden. Build in 1898, six years before the Tower Building. Three wooden buildings were moved to Garden Street to make way for this building. Meet Horatio's wife, Queenie Parr, who not only ran his businesses but also participated in civic life at the same time. Meet local designer, Pierre Rademaker, who lead the renovation team that removed the stucco façade and exposed the beautiful brick that you can see today.
