Chapter 14 -- Tower Building - Downtown San Luis Obispo Walking Tours
Known interchangeably as the Tower Building or the HM Warden, Jr. this beautiful building was built by local businessman Horatio Moore Warden in 1904. There used to be fine clock tower here but it was removed after an earthquake hit Santa Barbara in 1925. Learn about the building and the man who put it there and how he became one of the most successful businessmen in San Luis Obispo.
