Replacing a Winch Solenoid

Righto guys, I learnt the hardware how NOT to service your winch solenoid. I was having problems with the solenoid contractors passing current, I could hear the solenoid moving back and forth but I would have to hit the button 20-30 times before it would get a solid connection and apply current to the winch motor. If this is happening to you it is quite simple to fix the problem....unless you do what I did.
