At the same restaurant Japanese cook Harumi Kurihara trained in the kitchen 10 years ago, The owner-chef Alexis Gauthier had Michelin star for 12 years. We love the French-based menu combination of international ingredients and great service in a calm atmosphere. Surprisingly, it becomes a 100% vegan restaurant during the lockdown. It was a pity that I couldn't eat the delicious duck meat and fish, but as you can see in the video, it was a very elaborate international and elegant vegan dish.
