Exigen liberar a Jesús Plácido y retienen a funcionarios de Guerrero

Two officials from the Guerrero state government were detained by supporters of Jesús Plácido Galindo, the imprisoned leader of the Emiliano Zapata Indigenous and Popular Council of Guerrero. The officials, the state's Director of Governance and the government delegate for the Costa Chica region, were held in the community of Buena Vista, in the municipality of San Luis Acatlán, by residents demanding the release of the indigenous leader, who is imprisoned in the Altiplano maximum-security prison.
