For the ingots, mix the eggs with the zest, add the can of condensed milk, and finally, the sifted flour. 2. Place in a mold approximately 20 cm x 15 cm and bake at 150°C for 30 minutes. 3. Remove from the oven and wait until cool before cutting into ingots. 4. For the meringue, whisk the egg whites into a blender and set aside. 5. Meanwhile, bring the sugar to a boil with a splash of water until bubbles pop in the middle of the pan (118°C). Once ready, begin to froth the egg whites and add the liquid sugar very slowly. Whisk until stiff. 6. Ideally, you want to invert the bowl so the meringue doesn't move! 7. When both preparations are ready, place the meringue in a piping bag and decorate the ingots. 8. Decorate.
