How to Make Fairy Dust DIY Fairydust Potion or Pixie Dust Bottle: Halloween Glitter Blood Tutorial- How do you make pixie dust? Can you make your own Fairy Dust for a Halloween costume or Gothic Fairy Cosplay? YES! This "Glitter Blood" blend of fairydust is inspired by Vampires and Demons. It is a creepy blend of sparkles and magic that comes straight from the magical world of dark fairies and evil pixies. It was first brewed up on the middle of a dark, mist shrouded forest that was home to many sinister creatures... Mwahahaha! Well, maybe that's not all true... it was made in my room though, and that has hard-wood flooring, which comes from trees... so it was kinda made in a super dead, super old forest... hehehe! This magical looking concoction can be made in a matter of minutes, and can be used for many things. You can leave your bottle of fairydust out on your table to use as a prop in a Halloween display, for example. Or, you can use a plastic potion bottle/vial and take some glitter-blood along with you as you go trick-or-treating on our favorite night of fright. (This fairy dust looks gorgeous when you let it fly! Just make sure to clean up your mess as best as you can if your do let it flutter!). The Gothic-colored sparkles work great with most "evil" color schemes for costumes. It will look especially nice with a black-and-red costume (like a devil fairy!), a purple-and-black costume (like a sea-witch/ Ursula costume) or an all black costume. The fairydust makes a wonderful gift too! You can bottle it up in smaller containers and give it out as a party favor or as a fun house-warming gift at a holiday party (you can get creative and attach a clever tag around the bottle with a special note/ clever saying when handing out bottles too!). Additionally, the glitter can be used in crafts and art activities that require the use of glitter. it is as versatile as it is beautiful! I hope you enjoyed this tutorial.
