This is a Tutorial of how to create Pixie Dust "Gathered from the finest Fairies". This will be a great addition for your fairy garden, movie props, or potion collection! This DIY is so easy and pretty I think it would even be Tinker Bell approved! All you need is a little Faith, Trust, and Pixie Dust!
