Was this our RUDEST car customer ever?

In this week’s Car Dealer Video diary we get shouted at by a customer who demanded we pay her warranty claim… which we knew nothing about. Poor Luke took the call and was screamed and sworn at. That’s not really on is it? Find out what happened... But there has been some good news. While Joe and James have been away, and Luke has been holding the fort, he’s managed to sell a record number of cars. He’s feeling very smug. Plus there’s lots more comings and goings as we enjoy another week of highs and lows of the motor trade.
