Honey Butter

A combination of honey and butter so easy and quick! A wonderful spread for waffles, pancakes, rolls, toast or as a snack with crackers. For an added delight, add some cinnamon, orange zest or any other flavor you'd like. Use salted butter. The salt enhances the honey flavor. You'll really enjoy this spread. 4 tblsp. butter, softened 3 to 4 tblsp honey (or to taste) 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional) 1 tsp. orange zest (optional) 1 tsp. heavy cream (optional) Mix all together and enjoy!
