It’s loaded with flavor and proves that salads don’t have to be boring. Thanks for watching and being part of the adventure with us! #richandjensadventures #springsaladseries #burgersalad #friesalad #burgerandfries #saladrecipe #easyrecipes #homecooking #comfortfood #springrecipes #foodieadventures #youtubefood #cookwithus #creativecooking #saladideas https://a.co/d/0gYNwfM4 Burger and Fries Salad Serves 4 Dressing: • 2 tablespoons olive oil • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise • 2 tablespoons ketchup • 2 tablespoons pickle relish • 1 heaping tablespoon yellow mustard • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice • 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt • 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper Mix and chill • 8 cups torn romaine lettuce • 1 cup cubed avocado • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (or grated sharp cheddar) • 1/2 cup diced refrigerated dill pickles • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini • 1/2 cup chopped bacon • 1 cup chopped beefsteak tomatoes • 1 cup diced yellow onion 1 lb ground beef seasoned with salt and pepper- cooked to your preference 2lb potatoes cut into French fry strips Toss with olive oil and salt and pepper. Cook in 425 degree oven flipping once 1/2 way through cooking time. Arrange and enjoy!
