Flatiron Crossing - Broomfield Colorado - A Cozy Modern Mall | ERA_Productions

Hello everyone, and welcome to the Flatiron Crossing Mall in Broomfield Colorado! This is a fairly newer Thriving Mall that serves the northwest suburbs of Denver as well as the city of Boulder. Opening on August 11th 2000, Flatiron Crossing Mall would become the dominant mall for this region, killing off its competition nearby, Westminster Mall, and Crossroads mall. It would also establish a new retail corridor within the city of Broomfield, with many new shopping centers being built around this mall. Flatiron Crossing would also feature a hybrid layout with both indoor and outdoor shopping. Whilst the indoor mall would see success, the outdoor portion would begin with struggles. However, as of today, redevelopment is taking place with the outdoor portion of Flatiron Crossing. The indoor mall would see some changes throughout the years, primarily in its anchors, and some in-line tenants swapping around. Although the mall currently sits with 2 empty anchor stores in the form of Nordstrom and Forever 21 (who announced closure since the editing of this video), Flatiron Crossing Mall still continues on with success to this day.
