A Grande Reportagem: acusado de drogar e abusar de jovem em Coité do Noia é preso

Vitor Bruno da Silva Santos, known as Vitinho, was arrested after being on the run for over a year. He is accused of drugging and raping 20-year-old Maria Daniela Ferreira Alves in Coité do Nóia, in the Brazilian state of Alagoas. Meanwhile, police have revealed new suspicions that also involve the accused's father. The case has been closely followed by 'Domingo Espetacular' since April of this year, when Roberto Cabrini went to the young woman's city to investigate the facts. The report gave the case national prominence. Now, Vitinho's arrest puts the case back in the spotlight. The attack on Maria Daniela allegedly occurred on a rural property belonging to the suspect's family. The young woman, who knew Vitinho from their school days, was taken to the location, where she was allegedly assaulted and sexually abused.
