Faced with Western values, young Kanak people are searching for their way. Too much illiteracy, too much delinquency, too many addictions, too many suicides. This is the bitter observation made by Warren Naxue, and it guides his talk. What are the reasons for this state of affairs among Kanak youth? What are the solutions? Warren Naxue is a young Kanak man, from the indigenous people of New Caledonia. A social worker involved in community organizations, he seeks solutions to improve understanding between the peoples who live in New Caledonia.
