The dessert goes well on its own and can also be used as a complement to other desserts, such as apple pancakes. #NhacGNT #FamilyTemper #RodrigoHilbert Ingredients: 300 grams of hazelnuts 75 grams of brown sugar 45 grams of corn oil 1 pinch of salt 225 grams of semisweet chocolate Instructions: Place the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and roast in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes, until the skins crack. Peel them while they're still hot so the skins come off more easily. If they're already cold at the end of the peeling process, return them to the oven (as they need to be in a hot food processor). Add the hazelnuts to the processor and blend on high speed until they form a paste. Add the sugar, still blending, the oil, and salt. Blend well. Transfer to a bowl. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and gently stir it into the hazelnut paste with a spatula while still hot.
