💖HELADO DE AVELLANAS. 🍨🍧
Exquisito helado de avellanas que podemos preparar rápidamente y sin necesidad de tener heladera. INGREDIENTES: 200 g avellanas tostadas 75 ml licor avellanas 200 ml nata montar 180 grs. leche condensada. PREPARACION: En una picadora ponemos la avellanas, la leche condensada y el licor de avellanas. Trituramos muy bien hasta obtener una pasta fina. Montamos la nata a punto de nieve y añadimos un poco a la pasta de avellanas para homogeneizar texturas. A continuación añadimos el resto de la nata montada y con movimientos envolventes mezclamos muy bien. Colocamos la crema en un recipiente y tapamos con film a piel. Colocamos el tape del recipiente. Llevamos al congelador unas 6 horas o bien hasta que se congele y se forme el helado.
