The Punched Fruit Punch by Rockstar is not a bad energy drink but there are far better Fruit Punch options in the energy drink world. With 250 calories and over 200 mg of caffeine this Rockstar still finda a way to taste watered down. The drink doesn't have many bad ingredients and has no metal or aluminum taste but it tastes a little too much like an original Rockstar for my liking. I would rather just go with the original Rockstar energy drink than pick a watered down fruit punch. However, if you want the original Rockstar flavor with a hint of Fruit Punch this couod be the drink for you.
