Cordillera Huayhuash, Peru

Trekking 11 days on Cordillerra Huayhuash circuit through the most spectacular scenery in the Peruvian Andes; crossing 8 passes with the highest pass above 5,080 meters (16,666 ft); camping under the snow-covered peaks of the highest mountains, including Yerupaja 6,634 meters (21,205 ft) and famous Siula Grande; taking steep trails to the beautiful high-altitude lagunas and glaciers; and feasting PACHAMANCA with the locals. We trekked in July 2025 with the support of the Nuestra Montana company from Huaraz, Peru.
