An astronaut, Arturo, returns to Earth after years in space. As he readjusts, he's surprised by how we waste resources on Earth that were limited and valuable on the spacecraft. Through his experience, we are introduced to the linear economic model: extract, produce, use, and discard. In contrast, the circular economy emerges, proposing to close the loop and transform waste into new resources.
