The plaintiff says she hired the defendant’s company to provide Princess Tiana for her great-niece’s sixth birthday party. She says the princess she ordered never showed up, and they sent Snow White, who arrived 30 minutes before the end of the party. She’s suing for a refund. The defendant says something happened at the last minute to Princess Tiana, so she put on a Snow White costume and hightailed it to the party.
