We accompany this with clear and simple signals: slow, controlled movements of the neck, gentle rotations of the shoulders, deep nasal breathing with longer exhalations, gentle opening of the chest. During practice, you may feel: – your breath lengthening spontaneously – a sensation of warmth or heaviness in your shoulders – a gradual release of neck tension These are common signs of regulation and relaxation. I created this mini-practice specifically to release neck and shoulder stiffness in a simple and repeatable way. You can do it several times a week and turn it into a true wellness routine.
