Triple Clamp Pivot
Finally some machining content for my loyal Oxen! In this video we machine a triple clamp pivot shaft for one of the kiddo's at work. He is building a custom pit bike using a 2006 Kawasaki KLX110 frame with all 2009 Cobra CX65 race suspension or whatever that means.... I chose 1144 "Stressproof" steel for this part because of its high as rolled strength and ease of machining. The most challenging task is the deep hole drilling of this part.
