“we’re listening to you now space Jesus” Hey everyone, I just wanted to let you know that you should go support Yannick-Robin Eike Mirko (he/they), The first disabled actor to play Ricky Potts. he uploaded on his YouTube how they were fired from playing Ricky because of their disability and replaced by an able-bodied actor. This happened Both in the final days of the Mccarter run and the upcoming production of Arena Stage that features multiple Mccarter actors reprising their roles. This is incredibly horrible to do, disabled people should be played by disabled actors and have as much respect as able-bodied actors.
