Stair Descend Heel Drop with JZ FITNESS
This is to build up the strength of all the muscles in the foot and ankle complex. The emphasis is on the way down more than the way up since the goal is to lengthen (and strengthen) the achilles tendon and surrounding tissue. Take your time with these. Do not go to any discomfort. Get the stretch at the bottom of the stair and avoid bouncing. If anything hurts because of an injury, always consult your doctor.
