Here's a full POV/onride video of Great America Scenic Railway, the train ride that runs a loop around Six Flags Great America in Gurnee, IL! This was recorded on May 30, 2026, the weekend of the park and attraction's 50th birthday! There are definitely some areas where the train passes through some less interesting foliage and backstage areas, but in its highlights, it still offers some unique views of the park! The train itself is a diesel locomotive from G.E. Fabricators, running between Hometown Square and Country Fair near Goliath.
