HPI Sprint 2 Sport Drift RC car

I took this extra dramatic video of my Sprint 2 today. It has been pretty much fully rebuilt from stock, though I can't say if the mods really provide upgrades, or if they just look nicer. I do believe it handles better, but that might just be the springs, front one way, and locked rear diff. Parts list: Exotek chassis best price on Stormerhobbies.com HPI Front shock tower for front and rear. stock struts with Topcad springs from Asiatees GPM metal parts from Asiatees.com Airtronics receiver and digital metal gear servo. My stock remote broke really quick, so we replaced it with an Airtronics MX-V. 80 shipped from Hobbypeople's site my current wheel and tire setup is Speedway Pal wheels 10mm front 7mm rear(like 3.50 for a pair on Banzaihobby.com!!!), speedline original tires in the front, mst hard tires in the rear (RCmart.com has the best prices on tires, but be patient for shipping if you get the cheap kind :] ) the diffuser is a 3 Racing diffuser for the D3 the belts are Tough Racing kevlar belts from Ebay, and the rear pulley is a stock HPI I locked the rear using a method I saw here on youtube by sticking in 4 extra body clips, I used the stock HPI that came with the car and it has not unlocked. HPI front one way HPI AE86 body My only future plan is to try the Sakura D3 gears to set the car up for counter steer. I think it would probably be very nice despite the weight if the rear spun a little quicker than the front. I am still learning though, maybe I won't need to change it much after trying a few different track layouts. Thanks for watching!!!
