On this adventure, we visited an authentic aguardiente factory in the town of #Huajintepec municipality of #Ometepec where we met Gustavo, a young aguardiente master passionate about his craft. From the first moment, we immersed ourselves in the fascinating process of making this traditional drink, exploring each stage in great detail. Gustavo guided us through the essential steps of production: from the fermentation of the ingredients to the cooking in the oven and the pairing of the #aguardiente with his experience, he explained the importance of each phase to achieve a high-quality product full of flavor. It was incredible to see up close the artisanal work behind each drop. But the experience did not end there. After learning about the process, the most anticipated moment arrived: the tasting. We tried different varieties of aguardiente mixed with fruits, each with a character and a special touch that enhanced the flavors. Without a doubt, an explosion of aromas and nuances that surprised our palate.
