Stealing the Music

The plaintiff says she’s the host of a karaoke show, and she’s also severely dyslexic. She hired the defendant, her cousin, to help run the computer during her shows, and one day he took it home with him. She says when he finally returned it a few months later, it was broken. She’s suing for the damages. The defendant says he never took the plaintiff’s computer; she gave it to him because it was broken.
