This video is dedicated to my loving son Chef Boris Do Rego who lost his life in the 26/11 attack in Mumbai. Lulas Recheados (Stuffed squids) was Boris's favourite dish. Its a popular dish in Goa, squids stuffed with a spicy filling and cooked to perfection.
