Fabricating a Mini-GP Motorcycle Chassis
In this video I begin fabricating my own mini GP bike, it is similar to the offerings from: Ohvale, Bucci, Honda and the Kayo. This is Part 1 of a 2 part video The entire chassis was constructed in my garage from 19mm ERW tube over a couple of weekends with the help of one of my friends, the plan is to Install my home built 144cc V-twin motor. Doing this will mean I have constructed both my own chassis and the engine which is no easy feat, especially considering how this was done with access to relatively modest tools and a small CNC milling machine.
