In today's video I CNC machine a fixture for the cast flywheel cover of the Production Hustler V Twin Engine. I also assemble the top end and start the engine for the first time. Here are the specs: Bore x stroke 47x54 OHC 2 valves per cylinder 60 degree Vee angle Oil capacity 450ml Fueling 2 x 16mm carburetors Electric start The cover is sand cast from LM25 and heat treated to T-5 hardness make sure to like the video if you enjoy the content and leave a comment.
