Auf Tour in München: So hat Eckart Witzigmann die Gastronomie geprägt | Focus TV Reportage

He is considered the chef of the century – at least, that's the title a well-known gourmet magazine awarded him in the mid-1990s. An honor bestowed upon only three other master chefs – including Paul Bocuse. Vorarlberg native Eckart Witzigmann, now 80 years old, is considered one of Germany's best and most creative chefs and, even today, after his active career, is still in demand when it comes to culinary arts and good food. After all, he has earned numerous Michelin stars in his lifetime and turned restaurants like "Aubergine" and "Tantris" in Munich into cult restaurants. Focus TV accompanied Eckart Witzigmann through his culinary Munich for a day, visiting milestones in his career and visiting long-time companions. Nothing is more exciting than reality – reports on topics that move Germany. Always critical and investigative, always close to the action! *************************************** ► Subscribe now for free: https://bit.ly/2KObHbZ ► More about Focus TV Reportage: https://bit.ly/2Iq8X1X **************************************** #focustv #reportage #documentary FOCUS TV Reportage shows real people, exciting stories, and true emotions.
