WELSHPOOL WINTER FESTIVAL 2004 with a 1940s THEME

The 2004 Welshpool Winter Festival was the first one in a series of about 8 to have a theme to the event. The theme chosen was the 1940s and included 100s of reenactors in military & civilian clothing, Vera Lynn & George Formby tribute entertainers, civilian & military vehicles of the era, decorated business windows, blitz ball, battle re-enactment and much more.
