I definitely needed a change of training style cuz my body’s gotten used to various techniques and I just gotta shock the body so that it can respond again when I start reshuffling it again on all techniques. Most mistake people make is to constantly do same routine over and over again, ofcourse the body wil still grow but at a much much slower slower pace.
