Day 30… I made it. This is the final day of my 30-day challenge of showing up for myself consistently, and I’m sharing what this experience really taught me. In today’s vlog, I’m taking you through a full day in my life, starting with an early morning Pilates class, grabbing yogurt from one of my favorite spots, stopping by For Eyes to order new glasses, and ending the day with dinner at Wildfire with colleagues. I also received an unexpected gift from a friend, which made the day even more special. But more than the day itself, this video is about the journey. Showing up for 30 days straight wasn’t about being perfect. It was about following through, even on the days when I didn’t feel like it, when things went wrong, or when life got in the way.
