A recording of the seminar "How Important is Food in a Coffee Shop?" by Alexander Zherebtsov, chef of the Komitet restaurant group and chef instructor at StanFood. He studied at the Basque Culinary University, the Paul Bocuse Institute, and the University of Gastronomic Sciences, and also completed an internship at the TICKETS restaurant in Barcelona.
