In this practice we will start seated - with head rolls, gentle twists, shoulder & upper back stretches then focus on the lower body - with a modified pigeon fold, butterfly hold and forward fold finish with - shoulder and neck stretches, a few final moments to breath I hope you enjoy this sore muscle stretch.
