(Part: 3/3) Strengthening & Enhancing the appearance of a Zenoah G270RC Cylinder
What I prefer to do after spending a few hours modifying a cylinder is to strengthen certain parts where the walls may be a lot thinner with JB-Weld epoxy, due to extensive porting. This in turn will increase the reliability, by preventing it from cracking...Zenoah cylinders are not known to crack as easily, but it's worth the effort anyway! Also, when painting a cylinder it's best to use a small paint gun, so that you can airbrush on a super thin coating that wont affect the cooling properties.
