Before the leaves turn black and gold, let’s linger once more in summer’s shadow… 🖤 This gothic summer vlog is a diary of fleeting moments too precious to fade. From the medieval walls of Schönburg Castle, to wandering through historic towns, celebrating a birthday beneath candlelight, and standing before crashing waterfalls — this video captures a summer marked by both light and shadow. A season of grief and goodbyes, but also nostalgia, joy, and new memories — woven together into a mosaic of light and shadow. Editing this video mirrored the journey itself — full of highs and lows, challenges and beauty. It was important to me to tell my story truthfully, without disguising the shadows. This is my way of sharing an authentic and unfiltered summer diary, seen through a black romantic lens. 🦇 Bat Encounter & Conservation One of the most magical moments of this summer was meeting a majestic creature of the night — an Indian Flying Fox. Many bat species are endangered due to habitat loss.
