Ingredients Chocolate financier Brown butter 100g (Prepare 135g before cooking) Egg white 100g Powdered sugar 115g Almond flour 45g Cake flour 40g Cocoa powder 10g Baking powder 1g (1/4 tsp) I piped one financier around 35g I kept the mixture in the fridge overnight but you can bake it right away as well!
