In this video I go through 12 specific stretches that will improve your Muay Thai flexibility, mobility and performance. These are also general stretches anyone can use for any sport, but I highlight the areas that normally get tight for us Thai Boxers. Also, this is definitely useful for the beginner just starting Muay Thai- especially guys- as they are usually jammed in the hips, or hip flexors (due to inactivity or unbalanced weight training). I run through the whole body. Try most or all of them. If there is one area that makes you laugh at how bad you are- focus on that muscles group!
