Clearing the Fiends out from around Vault 3 (again), talking my way through to Motor-Runner, handing off the Khan shipment, rescuing the wounded NCR Ranger, murdering all the Fiends in Vault 3, rescuing the captives, returning to Diane, running around trying to find weapon mods, meeting Chomps Lewis in Sloan, helping out the mining camp, clearing out the deathclaws, speaking to Melissa, agreeing to help her out, finding that the chems weren't delivered, speaking to Tyrone about the shipment, convincing him to sleep with me as payment, returning to Melissa with the shipment, convincing her to speak up against the Khan-Legion alliance, removing Papa Khan and installing Regis as leader of the Khans, getting him to ally with the NCR, getting information that the Omertas are up to something, speaking to the receptionist, gambling all the money, meeting Cachino, finding his secret journal in his pocket, convincing him to help me, convincing Clanden to leave, getting Troike off the hook of his supposed murder, destroying the weapons with thermite, punching the crap out of the leaders and putting Cachino in charge!
