TORTA POUNDCAKE DE LIMÓN Extraordinaria y muy fácil

Don't miss this recipe. 6 tablespoons of softened butter = 120g 1 cup of sugar = 220g = 12 tablespoons 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract Zest of 2 lemons, grated Juice of 2 lemons 3 eggs 2 cups of self-rising wheat flour (preferably 280g = 16 tablespoons) 2 teaspoons of baking powder 1/2 cup of milk = 125ml 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 poundcake pan, greased and floured or lined with parchment paper, approximately 30 x 10 cm. Topping: 1 cup powdered sugar = 120g = 8 tablespoons 3 tablespoons lemon juice Preparation: Mix the butter and sugar until creamy, add the 3 eggs one by one and continue beating constantly, and add the grated lemon peel. Continue beating for about 1 minute. Separately, mix the flour with the baking powder and salt and sift. Add half of the sifted flour to the previous mixture, add the milk and mix.
