Fake DTE workers who killed Rochester Hills man appear in court

Carlos Hernandez was charged with murder and unlawful imprisonment after he was arrested several states away from Michigan, where he allegedly posed as a DTE worker before entering a Rochester Hills home and killing the homeowner. The 37-year-old will be in court for a preliminary hearing.
