This workshop was held for the first time in two years, in response to the increasing demand for Goshuincho and the growing number of people who want to create their own. The workshop was led by the "Fujigaoka Handmade Picture Book Dream Club," who provided advice to the assembled participants. When creating the section for stamping the temple/shrine seals, participants carefully aligned the top and bottom of the paper and paid attention to the direction of glue application. The covers were made using paper or fabric brought by the participants. Some participants even used kimonos that had been passed down as family heirlooms. "It's really lovely!" "Oh, it's beautiful!" The workshop proceeded smoothly, and the participants completed their temple/shrine seal notebooks, each with their own unique design. ■Participants "I usually go on pilgrimages to collect temple stamps, but I'm looking forward to being able to use my own stamp book from now on."
