Probé Desayunos Saludables en Costa Rica 🇨🇷 vs Estados Unidos 🇺🇸

When we think of the United States, we probably don't think of healthy food… much less healthy breakfasts. But in Costa Rica, there are also breakfasts that seem healthy but end up being a calorie bomb. In this video, I compared breakfasts in Costa Rica vs. the United States to find out which country offers healthier, tastier, and more affordable breakfasts. First, we visited La Recoleta in Curridabat, Costa Rica, where we tried a "burripinto," eggs Benedict with smoked salmon (AMAZING!), and a totally unexpected option: waffles with chicken nuggets and maple syrup. Then we traveled to Dallas, Texas, to try American breakfasts at Country Café: eggs with bacon and hash browns, a breakfast burger, and a New York steak with eggs, potatoes, gravy, and bread. Throughout the video, we compared flavor, portion size, price, calories, how healthy each dish felt, and which breakfast is really worth it. Does Costa Rica have better healthy breakfasts? Is the United States surprising us more than expected? Or was the "healthy" situation ultimately just an illusion?
