Late May in the mountains means nothing is predictable. In Episode 4 of the Unknown Enduro Project, weather becomes the defining factor. Rain turns to snow. Snow gives way to brief moments of sun. At elevation, conditions change fast — and every decision matters. We set out for the first of two planned riding days with one clear objective: reach the peak. Against shifting conditions, we accomplish our goal. But after another stormy night and more snow in the forecast, we’re forced to make a call.
