Shaping the Petals: Crepe Paper Wedding Roses 3

Crepe paper tea roses for a wedding bouquet, or just tea roses in a romantic arrangement for yourself, are a snap with this method. We'll use one strip as a foundation for all the petals! And I've got special hacks that create bulk in the rose so that it has a gorgeous shape. Once you understand the technique, you'll be able to make a fantastic rose in under an hour (well, you'll need a bit of time to add foliage). This tutorial explains how to shape rose petals so they look like real roses: you'll make petals flare, roll, pout, and curl just as they do in nature. Use any heavyweight or double-sided crepe paper. I'll give the dimensions in Video 1 in this playlist.
